Each holiday season, each Christmas Decor franchisees nationwide donate their products, resources and time to decorate the homes of local military as a part of the Decorated Family Program.

Trees for Troops, a program of the Christmas SPIRIT Foundation, provides Real Christmas Trees to Armed Forces members and their families in the U.S. and troops deployed in the Middle East. Through contributions, donations of real Christmas trees, the work of many volunteers and the generous in-kind support of our shipping partner FedEx, Trees for Troops has brought the true spirit of Christmas to thousands of deserving service men and women and their families.

Since 2005, more than 103,000 farm-grown Christmas trees have been delivered. The program has touched the lives of military families at more than 60 bases across the U.S. and overseas.

The Marine Toys for Tots Foundation distributes new toys for needy children in the community.

The Army’s annual Operation Toy Drop is a philanthropic project where Soldiers individually contribute new, unwrapped toys to be distributed to local children’s homes and social service agencies.

66, of Warwick, passed away on Saturday, October 15, 2016 at RI Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Stephen Moretti. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Domenic A. and Mary Josephine (Carnevale) Colaiacomo.

Rosemarie was employed as an executive secretary for the Cranston Police Dept. for twenty years. She was an avid volunteer for the FRG (Family Readiness Group) of the RI Army National Guard 169 MP CO as well the RI Blue Star Moms. Rosemarie was also the recipient of the RI Red Cross Military Hero Award for her volunteerism to the families of the RI National Guard.

Besides her husband Stephen, she is survived by her loving children, Matthew S. Moretti and his wife Kerry of Warwick and Steven D. Moretti and his wife Beth of Cranston; cherished granddaughters, Jillian, Rachael, Mia and Phoebe Moretti; dear sister of Domenic Colaiacomo of Hanover, NH and the late David R. Colaiacomo.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Wednesday at 8:45 am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. Kevin’s Church, 33 Sandy Ln., Warwick. Burial will take place in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, West Greenwich. VISITING HOURS will be held on Tuesday from 4 – 8 pm.
